Friends of the North Carolina Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
The Friends of the North Carolina Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (FNCLBPH) is a non-profit organization comprised of NC citizens, volunteers, and patrons who wish to support the library, its services, and programs. The library provides accessible materials (i.e., large print, Braille, audio books and descriptive videos) to North Carolinians with visual and/or print disabilities. We enthusiastically support the mission of the Library by providing financial support to augment state and federal funding. Literacy for ALL, is our passion! In addition to supporting the library we provide the James Benton Braille Writer Program, Literacy Grants, and more. Please explore our website for more details about our library support, programs, and membership.
We need YOU to be a Friend! Join us by clicking on the membership tab. There are various levels of support starting at $10.00 annually.
Donations are always greatly appreciated! Click on the Donate tab to sponsor new materials and support library programs. Memorials and Honorariums are a meaningful way to show your appreciation for a friend, colleague or loved one while making a lasting contribution to support literacy.
Thank you for being a Friend!
